I set a text field to type Number - the database says there are zeros in all those fields, but in EE the field is blank, and on the front end it comes through at NaN.
If a user enters a zero into the field and saves, it works the same way. Even though the database says there is a zero, the next time they view the entry it is blank and the front end gives NaN.
