mod note: with custom queries, the automatic appending of a limit can also cause mysql errors in certain circumstances. I’m thinking if a limit is specified in the query, then it use that instead of appending one.
Viewing table contents in the SQL manager runs 3 queries:
SELECT * FROM table;
SELECT * FROM table;
SELECT * FROM table LIMIT 0, 25;
The first 2 will run out of memory on a large site.
