When PHP’s memory_limit ini setting is -1 and a file is uploaded via the File Manager, EE does not recognize that as unlimited memory.
In .../system/expressionengine/libraries/Filemanager.php on line 1182 add:
if ($memory_setting === -1)
{
return TRUE;
}
