If you go to a web page and copy/paste a block of text that naturally wraps, the RTE decides that’s where it needs to wrap too. So it adds a BR where it wrapped on the page you grabbed it from.
IE. There is a paragraph of text on some website that wraps every 5 words because it is in a skinny column. Even though there are no BR tags in that text, it adds a BR for every 5 words since the RTE thinks it should keep that.
