When uninstalling comment module, database might not clean up all data related to comments.
Same end result might come when you delete just a channel that has comments on it even that comment module is installed.
By uninstalling Comment Module will cause errors on member subscription page, having bad data marks, and without no chance to delete them in any available ways via admin panel / control panel
