The regex used to convert a Title to a URL Title is completely different between the javascript and php implementations.
Example:
Entry Title: KÅ‘leves ÓbüdÃéámóűn
Javascript URL Title: koleves-obudieamoun
PHP URL Title: kleves-obudieamon
This causes inconsistencies in these multi-lingual scenarios.
