Custom Category Fields - Cannot Change Field Display Order

This is an archived bug report. If you are experiencing a similar issue, upgrade to the latest release and if that does not solve the problem, submit a new bug report

When adding or editing a custom category field, the user provided value for “Field Display Order” is ignored.

Furthermore, the first custom category field is assigned a field display order of 2 instead of 1.
