When uploading a file in publishing or editing the UI is broken.
Without this functioning unable to scroll to select file.
See image at http://globallinkinteractive.com/error.jpg. This is consistent on Safari and Firefox on Mac.
On Windows IE7 clicking on the file upload link does nothing. And IE reports there are errors on the page.
