This is an archived bug report. If you are experiencing a similar issue, upgrade to the latest release and if that does not solve the problem, submit a new bug report
Multiple fresh installs of EE 2.0 PB1 20091204 with Forums Module 3.0 20091207 results in PHP errors and other problems (local MAMP install, remote install, fresh installation and upgrade).
New forums can be created, but when a topic is created, an error pops up (with Submit or Preview):
The following errors were encountered

Enable Forum Board is on. New forums are enabled and live. The same error is encountered when both Members and SuperAdmin attempt to post. Members has been assigned permission to view Forums.
Additionally, The Default Permissions under Forum Management does not display SuperAdmins (maybe I’m doing something wrong) as a Member Group (it is displayed in Forums Module 2.1.x).
Additionally, clicking on Public Profile of SuperAdmin results in a huge list of PHP errors, but none for logged in Member.
