I’m getting the following error message (18 times) when I submit an entry:
A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Warning
Message: gmdate() [function.gmdate]: Windows does not support dates prior to midnight (00:00:00), January 1, 1970
Filename: libraries/Localize.php
Line Number: 351
(The Line Numbers vary) followed by:
A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Warning
Message: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\ACTIVE_JOBS\WEBSITES\ee2\PROJECT\ACTIVE_SITE\system\core\Exceptions.php:166)
Filename: libraries/Functions.php

If I use the browser’s back button I can navigate back to the CP, but can’t get past that page of PHP errors when submit an entry.
I’m on a Windows machine running PHP 4.4.7 on XAMPP
