Edit Categories link absent from Publish Page.

Category group is created and correctly assigned to a fresh Channel.

Zero categories have been created in the Category Management Area.

From the Content > Publish >New Entry > Categories Tab I can’t add a category to the group. The Edit Categories link is missing.

I’m logged in as Super Admin, so I should see it.

It would be a pain to have to add one category to each group just so my clients could add the rest them selves; especially when I don’t yet have the final site map from them.
