In Default theme, Publish -> Options
Status, Author, and Options begin with small arrows next to them which are in the open position, however, each of the options is closed.
Once clicked twice they seem to get back on track.
My vote is that they should begin in the open position. All of the data will easily fit on one screen. No need to hide it by default and make us click it open each time. Or maybe they are supposed to be open… seems the Date tab defaults to open…
