Using a simple search form, guests get a 'you don't have permission to search' message!

How Do I?

This one can catch even a long time user if you’re not expecting it. You go test the search form while logged out or logged in as a non-superadmin and suddenly you’re getting a system error message.

There is actually a user role permission that determines whether a member of a group can use the search. Check in member roles if you run into this one.
