Can a CLI command can a Member model be manipulated and saved?

n a CLI command can a Member model be manipulated and saved? I would think so but I keeps failing to save with a ‘No session ’ error.

You should be able to load the session library before your Command calls the Member model. Should be, like,
ee()->load->library('session');
