Importing members into ExpressionEngine

Does anyone know of a good/easy/simple way of importing members over from an old site.. and preserving their user/pass combos… don’t really want to have to force 7000 odd member to reset 🙂

EE has it’s own member import system in the Tools section. You add an XML file with the data to create/import members. There is even a handy Fileconverter to create an XML from a CSV.
