How Do I?
How do I delete my account? There’s no support, no details in either the forums or documentation. I just received mail that had no way of unsubscribing directly. Additionally I haven’t used or logged into this account for 9+ years. How can I get my account deleted?
If you’re referring to the recent EE Wrap up email, it looks like the text for Unsubscribe was inadvertently hidden when we switched to the white background. (see screenshot below). We apologize for the confusion on that and will fix that for next time. Please unsubscribe there. I will also look up the email attached to this account and make sure it’s not in that email list anymore if it’s the same one.
