Hi, As far as I know there’s only 1 Member module, which is used to handle members across all areas of the site. You set up user groups and assign permission levels to the groups (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)). Then the forum allow you to assign forum permissions to the different user groups you’ve set up (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)).
So if you already have member groups with access to certain features of your site, it would only be a matter of giving that member group permissions for the forum, and/or create group variations and move members into different groups as needed. So a ‘single member account’ would cover both forum and non-forum areas.
Regarding your question about the EE blossom word game forum and its support for single sign-on (SSO), the availability of SSO functionality may depend on the specific version of EE you are using and the plugins or integrations you have installed. EE is a flexible content management system, and its capabilities can vary based on the configuration and extensions you have implemented.
