Hello,
Curious if it’s possible to be an admin and login as any user within the member module. Thinking that this might be a great way to provide customer service for someone. The issue is not knowing their password. Is there a way to set a global password or something?

Go to the members profile page in the control panel via Members>View all - find the member and click their name.
On the members profile page in the CP in the left menu at the bottom you should see a “login as member” link, you can use that to login as that member.
