Wondering if anyone can recommend a great EE host (other than EngineHosting).
I’ve seen Media Temple and Nexcess named. Am I right that they would be the other trusted EE hosts? Are there others?

I’ve heard good things about http://asmallorange.com/ - I haven’t used them myself yet as we’re UK based but planning on putting a US client there later this month.

I have several sites running on Media Temple and have been happy. One GS account seems to be able to handle several EE sites. None of mine are really high traffic though.
