I have a bit of functionality I’m looking for any existing add-ons that could help me out.
For registered EE site members, I would like to be able to track which pdf’s from the site a user has downloaded, and be able to output this information in some way, either csv or html.

Channel Files and I believe Link Locker both give you this sort of reporting - you use their fieldtype for the file uploads, and the add-on then tracks the use of the files. Both give you the ability to obfuscate the file upload directory and file name as well.
