    Hi,

So I’m trying to force redirect the homepage of a site to a subpage of the site and it’s proving quite difficult. I’ve tried some things with the .htaccess file and I’ve tried php redirecting the index template but I’m not having any luck. Is there a recommended way of doing it in EE? I know it seems unnecessary, but I have reasons (mostly ZooTriggers doesn’t work on the homepage of the site), so is there a way to permanently redirect the homepage to an interior page?

I do use the official removal of index.php so I don’t want to interfere with that.. i just want site.com to redirect automatically to site.com/page

    Thanks!

Perhaps I spoke a second too soon. The php redirect works, just had to enable php on that template. Mea culpa!
