Hi there,

I’m using EE 2.5.3 and have just noticed that whenever I assign the Guest member group to a channel (so they can use a Safecracker form), it causes all the channel privileges from another member group to be removed. If I add them back again for this other group, then the Guest group has no privileges again.

Can you help me with this bizarre issue please?

Noticed this happening on other member groups too, besides the Super Admin member group.

It also turns out the this issue is happening whenever another member group is saved, even if no changes are made to that group’s settings.

It’s a pretty major bug IMO so I’d appreciate it confirming so that it can be added to the bug tracker, or else, let me know if you can think why this would be happening. At the moment, I’m unable to have more than one member group (other than Super Admins) have channel posting privileges.
