Hi

I have two identical channels (same field group, categories, statuses) that I would like to be one channel.

I tried editing the channel_id field in the exp_channel_data table manually and changing it to one number, but that did not make the CP see the entries as belonging to the same channel - they were still separate.  Is this the right way to do it? Is there some kind of cache somewhere I would need to flush to make EE see the manual changes in the DB?

I know it’s quite strange thing to want to do, and not recommended but I don’t want to copy paste the data manually through the CP.
