Can I have relationship channel field but show only from the author in Control Panel? Is there’s a setting that I missed.

If I understand your question correctly, you would like the relationship field to list only posts that belong to that author? Is this correct?
This is not possible, but I like the idea. Would you be willing to file a Feature Request?

Yes sir, that’s right.
Yes its good to know only the author relationship field show. Others entry will not show, it will usefull when so many user can access control panel and many entries.
I will write it in the future request then. Regards.
