What is the best way to incorporate Category images into my pages?
I’ve installed ‘Category Image Manager’ (and sizing with ‘Imgsizer’ plugin) -
however the result is heavily pixelated. I understand this will be because
the category image is derived from the thumbnail version.

How could I make sure the category image is derived from the original
full size file as oppose to the substitute thumbnail version?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Nigel,

Actually, category images are simply assigned in the Category edit screen by going to Admin > Channel Administration > Categories, selecting a category group, selecting a category to edit, and entering a URL in the Category Image URL field. It can be a thumbnail or an original image if you like.

Are you seeing something different?
