A new developers release has been uploaded to “key lime”. Since the June 14th release (in much greater detail here), we have been testing and fixing internal bugs (i.e., bugs found during testing) and bugs found by you.
We are now in code freeze, so only bug fixes are being added at this point.
If you do find any bugs or have any questions, do note them in this forum. We’ll be talking about hooks soon- they are a top priority for the next release.
As always, we appreciate your help with the early testing and comments!
Hi Robin,
We’ll be talking about hooks soon- they are a top priority for the next release.
I assumed that the “next release” will be EE2.3. Now it seems that the focus of 2.3 release will be the Forum module.
So, when dev team plan be addressing hooks? EE2 is very poor regarding hooks compared to EE1. Many hooks have gone which allowed to make EE1 more powerful and flexible.
