This is probably the most basic question you can ask, but I’m drawing a blank.

I have two sites. SiteA.com runs ExpressionEngine with MSM. SiteB.com is currently a static HTML site I am rebuilding in the MSM on Site A.

What do I need to do to make SiteB.com point to SiteA.com/siteb? When I update the path.php file, will it automatically generate URLs using SiteB.com rather than SiteA.com/siteb?

I’m drawing a blank on how to point the domain name to a directory on a different domain.

    jh40952,

The second domain will need to exist under the same hosting accoutn as your first domain.
You will need to be able to access your second domain directory from teh root of your first domain.

    Is this your current set-up?

    Take this example
I have domain1.com and domain2.com set up under the same hosting account

When FTP into domain1 I can see the root folder for domain2. This is where I would copy the index.php file to enable MSM for that domain as per the docs
