Hi, I can’t activate members.
- Registered a test account
- Went to control panel and activated
- Received a message “your account is activated”
- Tried to login, got a message “your account is not yet activated”
- Went to control panel and noticed member is still on the waiting list
What’s going on?

Under Members > Preferences in the control panel there’s an option for “Default Member Group Assigned to New Members”
It that’s set to “Pending” you’d probably be stuck in that activated/not yet activated loop.
