    Hello,

I’m hosted on EH and did the basic, originating installation, which points to the root of mydomain.com.

Looking to the future, I purchased the Multiple Site Manager and created another site (“my_second_site”), which I’d like to be the REAL root of mydomain.com.

    I have two sites:

    “default_site”
    and
    “my_second_site”

    I’d like my “my_second_site” to the “default_site”

Is there an easy way to do this without starting over? I really don’t want/need the “default_site” that I created.

This is the EH structure of the “default_site”:

    public_html/index.php
    public_html/path.php
    public_html/sustem
    public_html/cgi-bin
    public_html/my_second_site
    public_html/images
    public_html/sites
    public_html/themes

This is the EH structure of the “my_second_site”:

    /public_html/dn/admin.php
    /public_html/dn/index.php
    /public_html/dn/path.php

Can anyone give me guidance on this?

    Thanks!

    Carl

    Carl,

I would contact EngineHosting and explain what you want to do to them and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Are they both 2 different domains?

    John,

I’ll contact EH. They’re not two different domains, but that was the original plan.

    Thanks,

    Carl
