I’ve noticed a couple of funky things within my EE control panel:

1) The link type style of the “Publish” tab has turned to a dark blue.
2) In my System Preferences > Control Panel Settings > Publish Tab Behavior - this is set to “hover”, but the hover feature no longer works.
3) The “My Site” link does not take me to my site, but instead: http://www.mysite.com/?URL=http://www.othersite.com/index.php which redirects me to othersite.com. Why is this happening? I’ve looked through the System Preferences and couldn’t find any references to othersite.com.

If someone could point out what I’ve goofed up! LOL

Let’s see- what build/version are you running- and what theme- default or classic.  Also- I’m betting you’ve upgraded at some point?

For #3- the url looks about right- it’s supposed to redirect.  But if it’s redirecting to the wrong place, click the little icon next to ‘My site’ and you can edit your quicklinks.  Just put the correct link in for ‘Mysite’ and it should redirect fine.

For the others- I’d probably start by uploading a fresh copy of the themes/cp_themes and probably cp_global_images as well.  If you’ve edited those at all, I’d rename the existing folders w/ a _bk extension, then upload fresh ones.  Let’s see where that gets us.
