Nah - they are quite a bit different. But I did see a website yesterday I am pretty confident was stealing the logo (unfortunately, I can’t remember the name). If I come across it again I’ll post.

That logo looks quite a bit different from the CodeIgniter logo. Certainly not a direct knockoff. The CodeIgniter logo is so simple anyways that you will likely find a bunch just like it. Take a look at the Zippo logo for instance.
