Firstly I’d like to say I really like the new pages module.  I’ve started transferring all my static page content into one weblog, different entries, pages for each static page.  Now it’s working well.

One slight glitch.  On my home page well I do not just get the Introduction.  I get the introduction and all of the other pages.

    So if someone types

    http://www.walkerstrails.com

They get every static page entry one after the other on the home page.

    if I type in

    http://www.walkerstrails.com/index.php/trails/index

    it appears correctly.

now I put the URI as trails/index so am guessing that is why it is not displaying properly on the walkerstrails.com page.

Um, is there a way around this?

What’s the weblog tag look like for your main page?  I think I’d simply put a limit of 1 on that- and specify the correct entry id as a parameter.

thanks Robin the limit=1 variable worked without the use of the entry id.  Didn’t think of that since the first time I got all entries listed one after the other it was a simple spelling mistake in the URI.  I just thought I’d done something similar and could not find it!
