I recently got a manual deindex from Google because they think I’m getting paid for outgoing links on my site. (I am most assuredly not, but there is no way to prove it). Google says that among the things I need to do to get back in is to “nofollow” the outbound links on my site

Is there an easy way to add “nofollow” to outbound links in posts?

I could do it manually, but there are ten years worth of daily posts on the site. The whole premise of the site is that each day, I link to one or moe resourcess, article, etc.  that I think the people who read the blog would find interesting. So there are 4000+ posts and links within those posts.

BTW. I hate Google at this point. The idiot who “manually” reviewed the site clearly has no clue and probably has a quota to meet of deindexed sites. Within my site’s small hobby niche, I am very well thought of for my curating efforts.
