I want category show in a drop down menu.

channel category class put a class of my choiche on the first <ul> element.

I need the class on all zul> elemnts of the menu, to show sub-item

There is a way to let channel category put my class on all internal ul of the menu?

Not out of the box, but you could use an addon such as http://gwcode.com/add-ons/gwcode-categories or http://gwcode.com/add-ons/gwcode-catmenu which allow you a great deal of customisation with category output.

Alternatively is there any reason why you can’t target using CSS?
