    Hi,

I have just transferred EE to another server and migration went ok, but I can’t republish any existing entries with modified data.

I can add and delete entries but can’t modify existing ones.

For example I wanted to change (page) names in menus via Structure but after clicking “publish” nothing changes. Form seems to be submitted but no changes are made in DB.

    Any ideas?

    Hi again,

I found where the problem was, but still don’t understand its behaviour. Entries I was trying to edit were created by another user.

I changed the value of author id in DB and now I can edit those entries BUT still I think its weird I can’t edit them even though I’m a SuperAdmin user :/

Do You know what I should do to be able to edit entries without changing data via pure SQL?

    Regards.

    Hi k2search,

    Thank you for your question!

That is certainly not a usual experience. Did you follow Moving ExpressionEngine to Another Server in the User Guide?

What version of ExpressionEngine are you using?

    Cheers,
