Hi all,

Has anyone suggest the best method to list entries by category.

I need to list entries by category (in this case Documents channel} - For example:

DOCUMENT CATEGORY 1 TITLE

Entry 1 - Download
Entry 2 - Download
Entry 3 - Download
Entry 4 - Download

DOCUMENT CATEGORY 1 TITLE

Entry 1 - Download
Entry 2 - Download
Entry 3 - Download
Entry 4 - Download

DOCUMENT CATEGORY 1 TITLE

Entry 1 - Download
Entry 2 - Download
Entry 3 - Download
Entry 4 - Download

And so on and so on.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I believe you would enjoy the Category Archive tag:

{exp:channel:category_archive channel="default_site" style="linear"}
    {categories}
        <h3>{category_name}</h3>
<p>        {if category_description}<br />
            {category_description}<br />
        {/if}<br />
    {/categories}<br />
    {entry_titles}<br />
        <a href="http://{path=SITE_INDEX}">{title}</a></p>

<p>    {/entry_titles}<br />
{/exp:channel:category_archive}
