I got this email and I dont know how to fix it. Please advise.

Hey there PDK1024,
I am sorry to hear you are running into this spammer issue.
You will need to login and remove the spammy posts. You may want to do that through the Database for quicker work.
After the cleanup, you may want to look at locking things down a bit. This is a great article on how to do just that.
