We need to know what file the paths need to be changed in during a server migration. We’ve moved the site to a different provider running the same version of php and were getting a blank white page at isesdenver.com when trying to load.

What files or folders do we need to know about that needed to be updated? We must know all paths, files or folders that need specific permission sets to get our site back up and running.

We have changed hosting companies to Godaddy.com. Since the switch some of the permissions have been incorrect on the files and therefore we are getting a white blank page when typing in our URL isesdenver.com/index.php.

It seems the path.php one was wrong, so it stands to reason that others could be too.

Any ideas?

Thanks. Unfortunately that will not do anything for us. When I hit the link I get taken to the guide for 2.5.2 which is totally different from the software we are using: 1.6.8.

This guide is to install from scratch, unless you are suggesting that we install 2.5.2 and try some kind of migration from the old version? Please give us new advice, thanks!

Unfortunately we do not offer legacy downloads. 1.7.3 is the current 1.X download.

Are you attempting to upgrade to 1.7.3 or are you just trying to get your paths correctly set? The install document will list the pertinent paths and perms.
