Now no matter what file type or file size I try to upload I get this error:

Something happened while uploading FILE NAME HERE Please try again

What should I do?

I don’t recognize that error message. Are you using a third-party add-on here? If you could take a full-browser screenshot of the error message you’re getting, that would help a lot!

I’m using nGen File Field. I just uploaded a sample item to take a screenshot and now it works just. It’s so weird. I haven’t touched anything since making my initial post.

Oh, well I’m glad to hear it’s working now! If issues pop back up, you’ll want to ask the makers of that add-on for support. Thanks!

nGen is no longer offering support for the add-on. I know sometimes other EE user’s can be of help which is why I posted at this forum.

Glad to see things are working for you now. As Kevin mentioned, EllisLab does not support third-party add-ons.

If you’d like to receive input from other ExpressionEngine community members, I’d recommend posting to the Community Help forums.
