I was told that my ISP changed IP address while switching between HTTP and HTTPS which causes the session to time out. Strange, it only happens on ExpressionEngine while I am able to access many of my hosting company control panel, forums, online shopping, etc.
Indeed, that is the truth and the reason behind your experience in our store. As I noted in that explanation, the changing IP address affects the way we validate your session. It may not be unique, but it is part of ExpressionEngine’s session security check and it has this adverse effect. I do apologize.
