Im new in EE and in some way, new in webdesign and online project management. I want to set up clear some things to me, if you are kind to answer me

Q1- can i create a website using only EE? define the design rules with a css file and upload to template and edit the content trough channels, then linked them trough tags?
Q2- i use an demo version for ee, but is not the last one, could you gave me the link to the last demo version?
q 3- how can i manage multiple websites on ee? would be create separate folders?

Technically yes, you could create a site entirely in ExpressionEngine. However, most folks use their favorite design and coding tools, then bring that work into ExpressionEngine templates once the design is complete.

Indeed, there is the Multiple Site Manager available. MSM lets you manage related websites with one installation of ExpressionEngine.
