We (Focus Lab, LLC) uploaded our multi-environment config setup to GitHub (https://github.com/focuslabllc/ee-master-config). This enables us to deploy any of our sites to near any server with minimal changes or updates to code or settings.
In other news, Tom Jaeger and I released the next installment in our add-on development series, The ABC’s of EE Add-on Development. It’s a 6-part series covering various aspects of ExpressionEngine add-on development in which we will cover one topic for each letter of the alphabet. Part 2 can be found on the Focus Lab, LLC blog here: http://focuslabllc.com/blog/the-abcs-of-ee-add-on-development-part-2

I released the first ever drag and drop form builder for ExpressionEngine - ProForm. ProForm is designed to make building public-facing forms very easy for developers, designers, and content editors. A single EE template can render any form created through ProForm, and you have 100% control over your markup.
It’s available on Devot:ee for a limited time at a reduced price of $25. I was able to pass out a number of free download for EECI2011 attendees and the response has been very positive.

I’ve also just released two new add-ons today:
Member Segments: Searches through URL segments for member_id, email, username, or screen name and provides additional member info as {segment_n_*} global variables.
and
Spyglass: Spyglass performs a text search on entry titles and custom fields.
Spyglass performs very fast searches on plain text content stored in most types of fieldtypes as well as matrix column data.
