I have recently built a site, schaeferny.com.  It uses the last EE version before 2.  It has a lot of functionality using modules both from EE and 3rd parties like solstice and Boiklink.  They include forum, image gallery with user gallery creation and upload and delete, video gallery with user access from Youtube, music player etc.

I want to replicate this site in another domain.  Can I just install EE and and copy over the files?  Are there known issues I will run into?

It should be relatively straight forward and does include moving your files as well as your database over. See these articles for a little more info. Please let us know if you’re having problems with the move.
