Please excuse my newbie status, but I seem to be having some struggles with installation. Everything seemed to be ok and the index page loads, but none of the links on the page work. I am working with the latest build on a Godaddy premium hosted server.

Hi, Darrell. You have the common problem that most GoDaddy sites have, but it’s pretty easy to fix. See this EEKB article:
