I’ve upgraded my installation to the latest EE version. This works locally on my mac. Now I’ve done the same on my production machine, which seemed to work, until the point where I try to edit an existing entry. I get the following error:

“Message: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class ‘Rte_ext’ does not have a method ‘publish_form_entry_data’”

Any idea where this is coming from? I don’t get the error on my local setup.

Looks like I’m getting this when clearing cache as well:

    A Database Error Occurred
    Error Number: 1054

Unknown column ‘used’ in ‘where clause’

    UPDATE `exp_security_hashes` SET `used` = 1 WHERE `used` = 0 AND `hash` = ‘3324ed2313feb378ec8a6049fcb519bdd1df83fd’ AND `session_id` = ‘fce0da163022128d1c9684bb71ebfed2b85332ba’ AND `date` > 1383032646

to me, that looks like a failed update (I didn’t get the “wait while we update” screen on my production system, like I did locally. Is there a way to force that screen?

We are having the same problem after upgrading from 2.5.2 to 2.9.2. We are also having several other problems and the site is not working. Does anyone have a solution to this please?
