Hi, I’m desperate for some troubleshooting assistance - all volunteer run group with no staff or budget, so basically no paid tech support. We manage back end content with Expression Engine 4 that was set up for us by a paid consultant years ago. I’m trying to login to Expression Engine using our master account login and an editor login. Both get the same error (tried on different computers, different web browsers). No idea what the error log is telling me.

Since we have no “system administrator” I don’t even know where to start figuring out the problem. http://nginx.org/en/docs/ngx_core_module.html#error_log
I’ve seen others reference this problem, any suggestions (in non-tech-speak)?
