Why isn’t spellcheck showing up?
Answer:
If your server does not meet the requirements (missing pspell) then EE will use Google’s spellcheck service.
If you do not have pspell then you’ll have to talk to your host. It needs to be installed on the server and PHP needs to be compiled with it.
