If you’re on a Mac, you’ll need a CHM file viewer to read it. Chmox is basic, but free.
If you are on a PC and using WinXP SP2, you may need to unblock this CHM file if you see errors stating that the pages in the CHM file cannot be displayed. To do this, right click the CHM file then select Properties. If you see an unblock button in the file properties panel - it needs to be unblocked (because it was created on another computer). If you don’t see an unblock button, it is already unblocked or does not need to be unblocked.
