Question: I’m upgrading from an earlier version of EE to EE2.x, but I need to download the EE1.7.0 version to upgrade in steps. How can I do that?
Answer: Log into the EE site, and navigate to your downloads area. Click Download for the license you’re attempting to download. Scroll down to below the terms of use. You’ll see a radio button that will allow you to download the 1.x version.
