Just thought that this might help people out if they ever want to add some quick links for all users at once.
Adding Quick Links for multiple users at the same time
This would need to be done upon creation of the users. If you were to try this after the user has already added in their own quick links then these would be over-written. You could however overcome this by using some PHP and simply appending what you want added in to the end of whatever is already there.
Just thought it might come in handy at some point for someone.
